We determined the genome-wide binding of the ETS transcription factor Spi-C with target genes using chromatin immunoprecipitation and next generation sequencing (ChIP-seq) Overall design: Mouse Ableson-transformed 38B9 B cells were infected with retroviral vectors encoding 3XFLAG-tagged mouse Spi-C. Infected cells were enriched to 100% GFP positive. Anti-FLAG chromatin immunoprecipitation was performed on chromatin prepared from formaldehyde-fixed 38B9-Spi-C cells.
