Meta-transcriptomics for the diversity of tick-borne virus in Nujiang, Yunnan Province

This study conducted sampling and meta-transcriptomic analysis of ticks in Nujiang Prefecture, aiming to comprehensively understand the diversity of ticks and the pathogens they carry. This is crucial for gaining a deeper understanding of tick-borne diseases and for formulating prevention and control measures.
