Extracellular vesicles from Heligmosomoides bakeri and Trichuris muris contain distinct small RNAs

We report the small RNA content of extracellular vesicles (EVs) from adult parasite Trichuris muris and Heligmosomoides bakeri We purified EVs by ultracentrifugation from adult Trichuris muris and extracted RNA, treated with either Dnase and/or polyphosphatase or untreated. Small RNA libraries were prepared and sequenced also from H.bakeri EVs purified by size exclusion chromatography (Superdex 200 10/300 GL). Third party re-analysis of GSM2885086 (miRNA T. muris exosomes rep 1, Tm_EvO_Un_1) and GSM2885087 (miRNA T. muris exosomes rep 2, Tm_EvO_Un_2).
