16S rRNA V4 sequences from air, skin and surface in Hong Kong residences

Samples of air, occupant skin and surfaces were collected from Hong Kong households. This dataset contains the full set of sequencing data as recieved from the sequencing centre in fastq format. Sample metadata is included in the (tab-separated) file samples.txt. A package containing code and data used in an analysis of this data is available at http://dx.doi.org/10.6084/m9.figshare.1254033.
