Effects of warm-up in simulated normobaric hypoxia at different altitudes on physiological responses and performance during a subsequent incremental test in normoxia
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains the raw and processed data supporting the study "Acute effect of warm-up in simulated normobaric hypoxia at different altitudes on physiological responses and performance during a subsequent incremental test in normoxia in endurance runners: a randomized crossover experimental study." The dataset includes physiological and performance variables collected from twelve endurance runners who completed three randomized crossover experimental conditions: normoxia, simulated normobaric hypoxia equivalent to ~2500 m a.s.l. (FiO₂ ≈ 15.5%), and simulated normobaric hypoxia equivalent to ~3500 m a.s.l. (FiO₂ ≈ 14.5%). Variables include oxygen saturation (SpO₂), heart rate, blood lactate concentration, oxygen uptake (VO₂), rating of perceived exertion (RPE), ventilatory threshold-related parameters, and incremental treadmill performance outcomes.
