Building Practices Database

This dataset contains the list of building permits and SCIA issued, as published in the Praetorian Register. The publication service stopped on 20 February 2023 due to the change of the application. As soon as possible the publication will be updated - The data comes from the management database of building practices, already available online (freely) at https://www.comune.modena.it/servizi/catasto-urbanistica-edilizia/edilizia-privata/banca-dati-pratiche-edilizie. The data is on Oracle databases and is exported daily; it is possible to georeference the data through house numbers and cadastral references.
