资源简介:
This study investigated a mungbean Nested Association Mapping (NAM) population that was previously developed by the Queensland Department of Agriculture and Fisheries (DAF) and the Queensland University of Technology (QUT). A subset of this population as well as a small diversity panel (30-35 lines consisting of commercial, landraces and wild lines) were evaluated at four sites conducted over three years (2021, 2022 and 2023) under rainfed conditions. All trials adopted a model-based row-column design using genetic relatedness (Cullis et al., 2020), which was implemented using the R statistical package ‘od’ (https://mmade.org/optimaldesign/). Across all locations key pod development stages were captured, including:
• Days to 50% flowering (DTF) – when 50% of the plants within the plot have flowered.
• Days to mid pod fill (DaystoMidPodFill) – when most of the plot has green pods that have elongated but not filled
• Days to 1st black pod (Daysto1stBlackPod) – when most of the plot have plants that have at least one black pod
• Days to 50% black pod (Daysto50%BlackPod) - when most of the plot have plants that have 50% black pod
• Days to 90% black pod (DTM) when most of the plot have plants that have 90% black pod
Additional comments about the trials:
• Yield (Yieldtha) data was captured for Warwick2021 and Gatton2023. Unfortunately, due to wet weather conditions, yield was unable to be captured for Allora2022 and Gatton2022.
• In Warwick2021, Fusarium wilt symptoms were observed 29 days after sowing and impacted the trial throughout the season.
• In Gatton2023, tractor damage occurred in the middle of the season. Damage was recorded in the data file in the ‘TractorDamage’ column with 1 denoting damage and 0 denoting no damage.
