资源简介:
These data are from a preclinical model of total knee arthroplasty (TKA) performed in healthy rats. One day after surgery, ipsilateral dorsal root ganglia (DRG) from L3 and L4 were collected for RNA extraction and sequencing. Three groups of rats were analyzed: naïve (no procedures), sham (anesthesia, skin incision, sutures), and TKA (anesthesia and complete TKA surgery). Each group consisted of 3 male and 3 female Sprague Dawley rats that weight ~300g. Sham and TKA surgeries were performed on their left knees. Twenty-four hours after surgery, DRGs were collected from the left side at levels L3 and L4. RNA was then extracted and sequenced.
