The Truthy DPO Dataset is designed to enhance the overall truthfulness of Large Language Models (LLMs) without sacrificing immersion when the models role-play as humans. For instance, in a standard AI assistant model, the model should refrain from describing the warm sensation of the sun; however, if the system prompt specifies that it is playing a human role, it should do exactly that. This dataset primarily focuses on bodily awareness, spatial awareness, temporal awareness, and common misconceptions.
