Single-cell analysis reveals fibroblast heterogeneity in chronic pancreatitis

We used 10x Genomics Single Cell 3'v3.1 scRNA sequencing to investigate the cellular heterogeneity in chronic pancreatitis using pancreases of three CP mice. Mice were induced by daily subcutaneous re-injections of caerulein for 28 days Overall design: ScRNA profiles of three pancreas tissue from CP mice day 28 post-Cearulein exposed. 10480 individual cells were obtained with 1303 median genes detected per cell.
