Raw data of ICP-OES elemental analysis of tomato pulp and irrigation water

This dataset contains raw and processed values of elemental analysis in tomato pulp samples and irrigation water used by farmers for cultivation. The data include calibration ranges, replicates, and summary statistics (mean, standard deviation, coefficient of variation, and P‑values). Elemental concentrations were initially determined on a dry matter basis and subsequently converted to a fresh weight basis (mg/kg fw) using the experimentally determined solid content of Platense tomato (4.51%, Table 1). Specifically, raw values were divided by the factor 100/4.51 (≈22.17), ensuring that concentrations are consistently expressed per kilogram of fresh tomato tissue. This dataset is directly connected to a manuscript currently under consideration for publication in a specialized scientific journal, and it provides the underlying raw data supporting the reported findings.
