Mutation Accumulation in S. ceravisiae strains lacking Rrm3

To understand the genome-wide mutational consequences in Saccharomyces Cerevisiae strains lacking Rrm3, a Pif1 family helicase, the yeast strains of interest were passaged a number of times to accumulate mutations. The passaged and ancestral strains were then sequenced to call mutations accumulated during passaging.
