We report the transcriptional changes in mouse alveolar epithelial type 2 cells (AEC2) 7 days following tamoxifen induced expression of a clinical surfactant protein c mutation (C185G). Mouse AEC2 from SP-C wild type and uninduced SP-C C185Gneo mice were used as controls. Overall design: Transciptional changes in isolated alveolar epithelial type 2 cells following SP-C mutation expression were compared to SP-C WT and hypomorphic (SP-C C185Gneo) control samples 7 days following induced gene expression
