Alveolar epithelial type 2 cell RNA sequencing from SP-C BRICHOS mutation mouse model

We report the transcriptional changes in mouse alveolar epithelial type 2 cells (AEC2) 7 days following tamoxifen induced expression of a clinical surfactant protein c mutation (C185G). Mouse AEC2 from SP-C wild type and uninduced SP-C C185Gneo mice were used as controls.
