资源简介:
The typical organic–inorganic hybrid perovskite
APbX3 (A = CH3NH3, CH3CH2NH3; X = Cl, Br, I) has attracted wide attention
because
of its advantages in direct band gap and long-range electron and hole
transport length. Although these lead-based hybrid materials have
excellent semiconductor properties, toxicity issues have become a
great obstacle restricting their wide applications. Therefore, exploring
lead-free hybrid perovskites has become an urgent need for high-performance
optoelectronic devices. New types of lead-free perovskite hybrids,
(dimethylamine)2TeBr6 (1) and (phenethylamine) 4TeBr8 (2), were prepared by a simple
solution method. An ultraviolet photodetector based on a bulk lead-free
single crystal was fabricated for the first time. The device has a
large response current of about 10 nA without an electric field and
has more practical applications than devices with smaller response
currents. The photocurrent intensity reaches 2000 nA when a voltage
of 0.6 V is applied. It can be seen from the performance of the Te
devices that lead-free hybrid perovskite single crystal devices are
candidates for the prospects of optoelectronic applications.
