新疆西天山两栖爬行动物数据集（2021）

为描述新疆西天山区域两栖爬行动物多样性与分布格局，建立西天山两栖爬行动物分布与标本样本信息库。2021年集中在新疆维吾尔自治区伊犁州的巩留县、昭苏县、霍城县，博州的精河县，石河子市的150团，以及昌吉州的木垒县共采集201份当地两栖爬行动物标本，以及201份肌肉样品。本数据集包含1个标本信息表和1个样品信息表，标本照片409张，1个有蹄类观察分布数据表，1个两期爬行类个体测量数据表。信息表包含物种、详细采样地、采集环境、样品类型、采集时间、采集人、保存方式等样品信息，以excel表形式存储。

To characterize the amphibian and reptile diversity and distribution patterns in the Western Tianshan Mountains of Xinjiang, and establish a distribution and specimen sample information database for amphibians and reptiles in the Western Tianshan Mountains. In 2021, a total of 201 amphibian and reptile specimens and 201 muscle samples were collected from Gongliu County, Zhaosu County and Huocheng County in Ili Prefecture, Jinghe County in Bozhou Prefecture, the 150th Regiment of Shihezi City, and Mulei County in Changji Prefecture of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. This dataset contains 1 specimen information table, 1 sample information table, 409 specimen photos, 1 ungulate observation and distribution data table, and 1 amphibian and reptile individual measurement data table. The information tables cover sample-related details including species, detailed sampling location, collection environment, sample type, collection time, collector and preservation method, and are stored in Excel format.
