The Southern Hemisphere Spectrocopic Redshift Compilation

Catalogue created on 2025-03-27 (YYYY-MM-DD) Changelog: A refactor of the code is being done with the intent of making it public, and this caused some changes: The queries to obtain tables from VizieR and HEASARC were remade from scratch. The codes that process the downloaded tables were also rewritten, including the class and flag renaming steps. A new classification scheme is being adopted, following the SIMBAD classification. For this reason we added two new columns: subclass and subsubclass. The most notable difference in this approach is that QSOs are now inside the AGN class, So QSOs have class = AGN and subclass = QSO. We added a new column with the number of significant digits in the spectroscopic redshift value, and another containing the original quality flags before renaming.
