A mosquito commensal bacteria Serratia ureilytica strain Su_YN1can produce anti-malaria lipase Amlip and outer membrane vesicles induced by serum. We set analysis another Serratia ureilytica strain JS3 which can not produce any Amlip induced by serum as a negative control. Besides, Su_YN1 can't produce any outer membrane vesicles when cultured under 37 centigrade. In this way, we try to figure out the pathway involved in regulating the expression of Amlip according to differentially expressed genes in response to the stimulation of serum. And we are also interested in the genes which may associated with the biogenesis of outer membrane vesicles in response to certain condition.
