ABC for IBMs - Earthworm Runs & Results of Checks

This repository includes all of the simulation runs used to generate the results in the following paper: van der Vaart, E., Johnston, A.S.A., Beaumont, M.A., &amp; Sibly, R.M. "Calibration and evaluation of individual-based models using Approximate Bayesian Computation" (2015) Ecological Modelling. It also contains all of the cross-validation and coverage results presented there. All the NetLogo &amp; R code used to generate these results - as well as a guide to what they are exactly - is in a separate fig<strong>share</strong> repository, linked below.
