This dataset is associated with the paper "cogeqc: an R/Bioconductor package for quality checks in comparaitve genomics". Included files are:

File description
- <strong>brassicaceae_proteomes.rda: </strong>an R object containing the whole-genome protein sequences of 25 Brassicaceae species. Only translated sequences from primary transcripts were included. Data are represented as a list of AAStringSet objects.
- <strong>Orthogroups_*.tsv: </strong>Orthogroups inferred with OrthoFinder using the sequences in <em>brassicaceae_proteomes.rda</em>. The strings "default" and "ultra" in filenames indicate the DIAMOND sensitivity mode that was used, and numbers (1, 1_5, 2, and 3) indicate the mcl inflation parameter.
