Proportion of sex-biased genes and transcripts that show gonad-enrichment.

Counts in the gonad columns show the number of sex-biased transcripts or genes that are differentially upregulated in testes (male-biased) or ovaries (female-biased). Counts in the Soma columns show the number of sex-biased transcripts or genes that are not differentially upregulated in testes or ovaries. Genes are counted as sex-biased if at least one of their transcription or splicing nodes is sex-biased.
