The scFATE dataset is prepared for NeurIPS 2026, containing canonical splits and biological-descriptor multiview tensors for four perturbation benchmarks. The dataset includes CRISPRa data from Norman et al. 2019, K562 and RPE1 CRISPRi data from Replogle et al. 2022, and SciPlex3 chemical perturbation data from Srivatsan et al. 2020. Additionally, precomputed gene and drug descriptor multiview data are provided to support the training and research of the scFATE model.
