AMG510 is a covalent inhibitor of G12C mutated KRAS. To identify the mechanism of resistance to AMG510, we treated MIA-PaCa2 cells with increasing dose of AMG510 for 2 months and established two population of cells that are resistant to 5 uM AMG510. RNA sequencing was used to extermine the expression profile. Overall design: MIA-PaCa2 cells were treated with increasing dose of AMG510 for 2 months and established two population of cells that are resistant to 5 uM AMG510. RNA sequencing was used to extermine the expression profiles of the two populations of cells and two untreated control cell populations.
