Easements

Incumbrancers on real estate which affect the owner's real estate bundle of rights. Specifically: Ingress/Egress Easements - Usually a perpetual agreement between property owners to allow transgression on property other than the owner. Prescription - An easement (usually public right of way) in which the property owner may not have a signed agreement. Private Roads - Easement incurred by property owners (usually condominiums and planned unit developments) to allow transgression across common areas. Other - Other easements (such as, but not limited to sign easements, bridal/walking paths, etc.) not following under the above categories. May not be perpetual.
