This submission provides a single-cell RNA sequencing resource generated from the mouse olfactory epithelium and olfactory bulb collected after intranasal exposure to Escherichia coli derived extracellular vesicles (EVs), including EVs carrying Cre mRNA. The study design aims to map cell populations present in the olfactory system and to characterize transcriptional patterns associated with EV exposure across neuronal and immune lineages. Single-cell suspensions were prepared from olfactory tissues and libraries were constructed using the 10x Genomics Chromium GEM-X Single Cell 3 prime RNA Library v4 chemistry, followed by Illumina sequencing. The raw FASTQ files and downstream count outputs support reanalysis of cellular composition, gene expression signatures, and EV-responsive cell subsets within the nasal-to-brain interface.
