Example fluorescent 3D image stack from a matrix-embedded breast cancer mono-culture treated with docetaxel

Example confocal image stacks from an MCF7 (GFP) 3D mono-culture embedded in Matrigel-collagen mix and grown in a 96-well plate. The culture is stained with Hoechst and EdU and treated with docetaxel. The images are a 8-bit multi-channel image stacks containing the Hoechst, GFP, RFP, EdU (and brightfield) channel. The pixelsize is ( 1.25 x 1.25 x 10.0 ) micron. The image is in CZI-format containing multiple stacks (from 3 different regions, so-called "scenes" in ZEN LITE).
