Dataset for the Comprehensive Characterization of Plant-Based Drinks: Vitamins and Selected Secondary Plant Metabolites

This subset of data provides detailed information on vitamins as well as some selected secondary plant metabolites, namely phytosterols, phytates and isoflavones. This dataset was created as part of a project aimed to comprehensively characterize the composition of plant-based drinks, with a focus on oat, soy, and almond drinks. In total, six samples from each beverage category were analyzed in duplicate batches. These data are intended to serve the scientific community as a basis for evaluating these products and are also available for consumption studies analysis.
