GIDROSEFALIYANING ETIOLOGIYASI, PATOGENEZI VA ZAMONAVIY DAVOLASH YONDASHUVLARI

This article discusses the causes of hydrocephalus, its mechanisms of development, and modern treatment approaches currently used in clinical practice. Congenital and acquired forms of hydrocephalus, as well as pathogenetic factors associated with disturbances of cerebrospinal fluid circulation, are analyzed. In addition, the advantages and clinical application of ventriculoperitoneal shunting, endoscopic third ventriculostomy, and other modern surgical methods are reviewed. The article may be useful for medical students and practicing physicians.
