We used single-cell RNA-sequencing to evaluate the effect of BET inhibitor, pelabresib on AR and HNF1A/HNF4G regulated transcriptome in prostate cancer PDX Overall design: LuCaP 70CR tumors implanted in SCID mice were treated with pelabresib (30 mg/Kg), twice daily for 6 days and were harvested, processed to a single-cell suspension, and subjected to scRNA-seq.
