资源简介:
The building sector has been identified as a key-sector to fulfil the 20/20/20 concept introduced by the 31/2010/EU Building Directive. The 20/20/20 goal is the reduction with 20% of greenhouse gases emissions until 2020, related to 1990. Energy used in buildings represents about 40% of the primary energy consumption, leading to 24% of the total emission of greenhouse gases worldwide. Primary energy consumption and greenhouse gases emissions are generated directly, using the combustion of fossil fuels, or indirectly, in terms of electricity production or energy embodied in the building materials and systems. The purpose of the present work is to present a low-energy house, and to judge it in terms of electrical consumptions during two extreme climatic periods: winter and summer. Two case studies focusing on the implementation of energy saving techniques are presented, outlining the work to be done in order to obtain the "nZEB" label for this building.
