Label-free quantitative proteomics of sham versus injured mouse cardiac tissue (PC1468)
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains label-free quantitative (LFQ) mass spectrometry proteomics of mouse cardiac tissue 4 weeks after sham surgery or myocardial infarction (MI) by coronary ligation. We analyzed 18 samples from 9 mice (4 sham, 5 MI), with each heart contributing myocardium above the infarct (remote) and below the infarct (including the border zone), plus 3 pooled reference samples. We quantified a total of 8,271 protein groups. The data support studies of myocardial protein quality control and the ubiquitin–proteasome system, including the co-chaperone and ubiquitin ligase CHIP. Normalized and non-normalized result files are provided, each with per-sample abundances, log2 fold changes (MI vs sham), p- and q-values, coefficients of variation, and UniProt/Gene Ontology annotations. A README and Data Dictionary describe every file, column, and sample.
