Survey Dataset on Lecturers' Adoption of AI Assessment Tools (AIAT) in Malaysian Universities

A total of 414 lecturers from universities across the Klang Valley participated in the study, providing responses related to performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, anxiety, and other adoption-related factors. The dataset includes fully anonymized item-level responses, demographic information, and computed construct measures. It supports quantitative analysis using structural equation modelling and can be used to replicate findings, conduct secondary analyses, or enable comparative studies on AI adoption in educational contexts.
