Dynamic Change of Direction, Isometric Strength, and Psychological Readiness in final phase ACLR Athletes: An Integrated Approach

This dataset contains reactive agility (RAT) times, isometric strength (IMTP) peak force values, and ACL-RSI scores from 15 ACLR participants across three rehabilitation phases and 30 healthy controls from a single session. Data include Split 1 and Split 2 times for left and right cuts, total RAT times, IMTP peak force, and psychological readiness measures.
