UAT Queue Management Reminder System

This dataset documents user acceptance testing (UAT) of a queue management and WhatsApp reminder system for a primary care clinic. The Excel workbook contains functional test cases across seven modules covering system setup, master data management, scheduling and queues, WhatsApp opt-in and reminders, clinic queue displays, reporting and analytics, and system integration and configuration. For each test case, the workbook records the scenario, user role, test type, preconditions, steps, expected result, observed result, and pass/fail status. The dataset can serve as a reference for designing and documenting functional tests for similar clinic workflows.
