They are provided to show how the analyses were done (the cryo-EM raw data RELION star files and intermediate coordinate files are not part of this deposit). The curvature data produced by script #2 ('02_crenshaw_curvature_torsion.sh') underlying Fig. 5c of the San Martin F et al article, are also hereby provided for each of the three Leptospira strains studied.
