Soil bacteria is the key link associated with substance and energy exchange by driving geobiochemical circulation.Soil bacteria from different habbits belonged to 38 families, 96 classes, 110 orders, 210 families and 262 genera. Among the grassland, P. sylvestris plantation and natural forest, relative abundance of Proteobacteria was the highest, whereas in the bare sand, relative abundance of Actinobacteria was the highest.
