NFIB Is a Pioneer Factor for DNA Replication by Acting as a Genome Organizer [ATAC-seq]

Chromatin accessibility of G1 phase of U2OS cells without or with NFIB depletion were profiled using transposase-accessible chromatin with high-throughput sequencing (ATAC-seq) to identify potential regulatory elements. Overall design: U2OS cells without or with NFIB depletion were fractionated into G0, G1, S, and G2/M phases by FACS in the presence of Hoechst 33342 and Pyronin Y. Only G1 phase cells were collected. ATAC-seq experiments of G1 phase cells were biologically repeated twice.
