Risk-Safety-Decoupled Predictive Control for Thermal Defect Prevention in FDM 3D Printing
收藏资源简介:
Measurement and simulation dataset supporting the manuscript "Risk-Safety-Decoupled Predictive Control for Thermal Defect Prevention in FDM 3D Printing". It contains: (1) step-response identification data and identified thermal parameters for a Creality Ender 3 S1 Pro and a CR10S Pro V2; (2) certified hardware campaign telemetry — 192 counted measurement windows across four controller arms, with preregistration documents, window-level audit tables, exclusion records, and SHA-256 freeze inventories; (3) blind-scored coupon records and photographs for the visible-defect endpoint; (4) identified-model simulation outputs — the 1000-run-per-arm controller benchmark, model-mismatch sweep, and two parameter-sensitivity studies (36,000 and 29,000 audited runs); and (5) a README mapping each table and figure in the manuscript to its source files. Controller implementation code is part of ongoing research and is provided to editors and reviewers confidentially; it is not included here.
