1) Data Content: This dataset contains MODIS time-series products of Fraction of Photosynthetically Active Radiation (FPAR), terrestrial Gross Primary Productivity (GPP), terrestrial Net Primary Productivity (NPP), terrestrial Evapotranspiration (ET) and Leaf Area Index (LAI) over the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau in 2021.
2) Data Sources and Processing Methods: The FPAR and LAI products are sourced from the MODIS Terra MOD15A2H Collection 6 product suite, while both GPP and NPP products are derived from the MODIS Terra MOD17A2H Collection 6 product suite, and the ET products come from MODIS Terra MOD16A2. All products were downloaded from the USGS website, and then mosaicked and reprojected using the GDAL plugin.
3) Data Quality Description: Each product is accompanied by a corresponding quality file, which identifies cloud cover, snow cover, invalid values and other anomalies, and is stored in valid-bit encoding format.
4) Data Application Value and Prospects: This dataset holds important application value in the mining and analysis of long-time-series information in the fields of forestry, agriculture and ecology.
