In order to identify renal pathways regulated by activation of the calcium sensing receptor (CaSR) we performed a microarray on RNA isolated from kidneys of mice not treated or treated with conacalcet HCL 12 week male Mice fed standard chow or cinacalcet HCL (1mg/g body weight) for 5 days were euthanized and whole kidney extracted and then snap frozen. Total RNA was then isolated by Trizol exctration and an Agilent mouse 8 x 60K chip run for expression
