Sap flow and Dendrometer Raw Data from 10-2015 to 06-2016 at the Forest Service TRACE project in Sabana, PR

This dataset contains sap flow and dendrometer data from eight different over story trees located at the Forest Service TRACE project at Sabana, Puerto Rico (PR-Sab). Data was collected over the time period of 2015-10-07 to 2016-06-10. Two data files are included in the attached zip file in CSV format, Sab_DEN_Raw_CR1000_20160629.csv and Sab_SAP_Raw_CR1000_20160629.csv. Additionally, two metadata files are included in Excel format (Data_Column_Description_v1_PR-Sab_20160629.xlsx, which describes the formatting of datasets, and File_Submission_Metadata_v1_PR-Sab_20160707.xlsx, which includes details of both data files). The data set is unprocessed and includes missing data during periods prior to sensor installation and poor data during periods of sensor failure.
