Expression of long noncoding RNA EGFR-AS1 is found to be dysregulated in cancer especially non small cell lung cancer. However, the role of long noncoding RNA EGFR-AS1 in non small cell lung cancer remains relatively unknown. Our study aim to discovered the role of long noncoding RNA EGFR-AS1 in lung cancer progression and response to chemotherapy. Overall design: Long noncoding RNA EGFR-AS1 is overexpressed stably in the NCI-H1703 cells. RNA expression in the EGFR-AS1 overexpressed NCI-H1703 is profiled by RNA-seq and compared with vector transfected NCI-H1703.
