YYYY: year

mX: spatial resolution is 1/m degree

nT: temporal resolution is nT (D for day, M for month, and Y for year)

hs: hyperspectral canopy RT

bb: broadband canopy RT

epar: extended PAR definition from 300/400 to 750 nm

rpar: regular PAR definition from 400 to 700 nm

kdtd: temperature-dependent heat dissipation rate constant (Kd)

kdst: constant heat dissipation rate constant (Kd)

oldphi: SIF spectra from SCOPE

newphi: new SIF spectra with new weights

aggpp: GPP computed using gross photosynthetic rate

angpp: GPP computed using net photosynthetic rate, namely max(0, A_net)

int: Photosynthetic rates and integral

ver: Contain vertical profiles of photosynthetic rates
