Multilayer Film Dataset

该数据集包含了10个分类参数（材质）和10个数值参数（层厚），用于多层薄膜设计问题。此外，该数据集是通过在设计参数空间中进行均匀采样生成的，旨在训练和测试各种逆设计算法。其规模分为：训练数据集占90%，测试数据集占10%。该数据集的任务是纳米光子器件的逆设计。

This dataset includes 10 categorical parameters (materials) and 10 numerical parameters (layer thicknesses) for multi-layer thin film design tasks. It is generated through uniform sampling across the design parameter space, intended for training and evaluating various inverse design algorithms. The dataset is split into training and test subsets, with 90% of the data allocated to the training set and 10% to the test set. The core task of this dataset is the inverse design of nanophotonic devices.
