Multilayer Film Dataset

It is generated through uniform sampling across the design parameter space, intended for training and evaluating various inverse design algorithms. The dataset is split into training and test subsets, with 90% of the data allocated to the training set and 10% to the test set. The core task of this dataset is the inverse design of nanophotonic devices.
