We induced the Sudan grass callus to produce secondary cell wall tissue by adding 5g/L activated carbon and 0.02mM BRs to the medium under 16h/d light treatment. At 18 days the production of secondary cell wall reached its plateau. To further explore the synthesis mechanism of Sudan grass secondary cell wall and excavate related genes, the in vitro induced tissue of Sudan grass secondary cell wall was used for tran-scriptome analysis.
