RNA-seq experiment of dark-grown cotyledons and cotyledons exposed to light for three hours in the absence or presence of absicic acid (ABA). Transcriptome profiles of cotyledons from seedlings grown for 3 days in the dark and then exposed to white light (40 µmol·m-2·s-1) for 3 hours in the presence or absence of ABA (100 µM). Triplicate biological samples were analyzed.
