资源简介:
Here, a soil microcosm study was conducted by incorporating the wheat and maize straws into soils with a range of salinity, respectively. We showed that the amendment of straws generally increased MBC, SOC, DOC contents, irrespective of soil salinity, with intensified connection among these parameters after straw addition. Although soil salinity had more profound effect on both fungal alpha and bate diversity, straw amendment also significantly reduced fungal Shannon diversity and changed microbial composition, especially for severe saline soil. The complexity of fungal network was specifically strengthened after straw addition. Intriguingly, we found that the overlap among straw enriched ASVs in each saline soil was hardly observed, indicating the soil specific involvement of potential fungal decomposers. Together, our study provides a new insight in the common and specific responses of soil chemical and biological characters in different salinity levels under straw management, which was helpful to guide the microbial based strategies to boost straw decomposition for the future agricultural practice and environmental management in saline-alkali lands.
