Characterization of fucoxanthin-deficient strains in the Haptophyte Tisochrysis lutea induced by heavy-Ion beam irradiation

Pigment ectracts were obtained from wild-type (WT) strain and heavy-ion beam mutants (GR1 and GR2) of the haptophyte Tisochrysis lutea and subjected to a Nexera X2 UHPLC system (Shimadzu).
