300 cell RNA-seq on FACS-sorted leukemia initiating cells (CD34+CD38-) from AML patients treated ex vivo with AR-42, KPT-9274 and AR-42/KPT-9274 combination Overall design: Bone marrow cells from 5 patients were treated with vehicle, single agents or drug combination ex vivo for short time period (12 hours). Treated LICs were analyzed for transcriptional differences and DNA repair mechanisms were highlighted.
